Koolitus \u201eM\u00f5tlemine muutuste ajal\u201c \u00f5petab aga m\u00f5tteviisi, millega muutuste ajal toime tulla: anal\u00fc\u00fcsima oma olukorda ja leidma lahendusi ka siis, kui keeruline olukord ei m\u00f6\u00f6du kiiresti ega iseenesest.
